We understand if Hoop Club isn't right for you. Here you can request to have your account and associated data deleted.

Before You Go

  • ✓ Your data deletion may take up to 30 days to process

By submitting this request, you agree that your account will be permanently deleted after we verify your identity.

How long does account deletion take?

After you submit a deletion request, we will process it and permanently delete your account within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Can I cancel my deletion request?

Contact us immediately at support@hoopclub.app if you want to cancel your deletion request before it's processed. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

What data gets deleted?

All personal information associated with your account will be deleted, including your profile data, athlete information, session records, and any other data stored in our system. Organization data and team information will not be affected for other users.

Where do I find my User ID?

Open the Hoop Club app, go to Settings, then Account Information. Your User ID will be displayed there. You can also contact support@hoopclub.app for assistance.
